With over 25 years of experience in finance and a deep-rooted foundation as a qualified accountant, I bring a sharp commercial perspective to every payroll transformation I lead. Since transitioning into payroll and HR in 2015, I’ve specialised in building, leading, and stabilising high-performing global payroll teams across complex, multi-country environments.
